Behind-The-Scenes: Today we're joined by Ben and Nicki Peterson, these two were featured in a segment of Beyond Dairy 2.0. The Petersons are 5th generation dairy farmers (Four Cubs Farm) they take care of around 1,000 cows! Brickfield Brewing was created in 2018 and is run by the Petersons, they source a lot of their own ingredients from their farm.
